Can I bring food, drinks or alcohol to a class or private party?
Yes, yes and yes.
How old do you have to be to join a class or attend a party?
Anyone over 3 can try a project class with assistance needed under age 5. Anyone over 5 can try the wheel class.
When can I pick up my pottery piece?
Pieces are available between two and three weeks after a class. Each piece is dried for a minimum of ten days before being fired for 8-12 hours. Pieces are then cooled for 12-24 hours, glazed and then fired again for another 8 hours and cooled for 12-24 hours. Because of this, the minimum time required is two to three weeks.
When you receive notification that your piece is ready for pick up, please call or text 352-747-8376 to arrange a pick up time. We are by appointment and not open regular business hours. You may come pick up your piece during any scheduled class as well. Please see the homepage for the calendar showing scheduled classes.
What are your hours of operation?

Can I come paint ceramics?
We do not have readily available pieces for painting. If you want to join a class to paint a piece of pottery please contact us so we may have a project ready and available for you to paint.
How should I dress for class?
Please dress for a mess. If you have long fingernails, please keep in mind that long nails will slice through the clay while you are working on the wheel, often ruining your piece. It is recommended you do not wear rings, watches or bracelets unless you are ok with them getting dirty.

Class time includes adequate time to underglaze your creation. Additional glazing time is $10 per hour.
