When can I pick up my pottery piece?
Pieces are available between four and six weeks after a class. Each piece is dried for a minimum of 14-21 days before being fired for 8-12 hours. Pieces are then cooled for 12-24 hours, clear glazed and then fired again for 12-14 hours and cooled for 12-24 hours. Because of this, the minimum time required is four to six weeks.
We will send an email and text when your pieces are ready. Pick up hours are Thursday through Sunday from 12-6pm. Pick up times outside of these hours can be arranged by phone/text.

My piece cracked or broke
Every precaution is taken to safeguard your piece. Due to the extreme 2200 degree firing temperature, there is a small chance your piece may need to be remade. Should your item break or crack, you are welcome to remake it or have us remake it at no cost. We apologize in advance, should this occur, but pottery typically has a 30% failure rate and our failure rate is currently around 5% for all classes due to our meticulous efforts.
